M\u00e4rz<\/em> 11:00 Uhr +++<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verdienstausfall was tun?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Grunds\u00e4tzlich gilt, dass wir als Selbstst\u00e4nde, selbst f\u00fcr schlechte Zeiten vorsorgen, oder uns anderweitig entsprechend absichern m\u00fcssen. Es gibt aber Ausnahmen und Hilfsangebote. Wenn du selbst durch das Virus betroffen bist, hast du ab dem 42. Tag Anspruch auf Krankengeld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schutzschild f\u00fcr Besch\u00e4ftigte und Unternehmen (Freitag, 13. M\u00e4rz)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In einem Beschluss des Bundesministeriums der Finanzen und des Bundesministeriums f\u00fcr Wirtschaft und Energie, wurde <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"ein Ma\u00dfnahmenpaket zur Abfederung der Auswirkungen des Corona-Virus  (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bmwi.de\/Redaktion\/DE\/Downloads\/S-T\/schutzschild-fuer-beschaeftigte-und-unternehmen.pdf?__blob=publicationFile&amp;v=14\" target=\"_blank\">ein Ma\u00dfnahmenpaket zur Abfederung der Auswirkungen des Corona-Virus <\/a>festgelegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das Wichtigste zusammengefasst<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Flexibilit\u00e4t bei Steuerzahlungen<\/strong><br>Bis zum 31. Dezember 2020 wird auf Vollstreckungsma\u00dfnahmen verzichtet. Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen Steuerzahlungen aufgeschoben und Vorauszahlungen reduziert werden.<\/li><li><strong>St\u00e4rkung des Europ\u00e4ischen Zusammenhalts<\/strong><br>Europ\u00e4ische Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Unterst\u00fctzung sollen bald folgen.<\/li><li><strong>Hilfspaket<\/strong><br>Die KfW-Bank und die Landesf\u00f6rderinstitute sollen gest\u00e4rkt werden, um Selbstst\u00e4ndigen mit zus\u00e4tzlichen F\u00f6rderungen zu unterst\u00fctzen.<strong><br><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Laut BMWi gilt dieses Paket auch f\u00fcr Freelancer:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p lang=\"de\" dir=\"ltr\">Auch Kleinstunternehmen und Freiberufler werden unterst\u00fctzt. \u00dcber Hilfsinstrumente wird ausf\u00fchrlich auf der \u201eCorona-Sonderseite\u201c der BMWi-Website informiert (<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/9YVIs512YW\">https:\/\/t.co\/9YVIs512YW<\/a>). <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/corona?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#corona<\/a><\/p>\u2014 BMWi Bund (@BMWi_Bund) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BMWi_Bund\/status\/1238742513265016832?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 14, 2020<\/a><\/blockquote> <script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verdienstausfall bei Quarant\u00e4ne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Laut&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gesetze-im-internet.de\/ifsg\/IfSG.pdf\">Gesetz zur Verh\u00fctung und Bek\u00e4mpfung von Infektionskrankheiten<\/a>&nbsp;erhalten Freelancer im Fall einer Quarant\u00e4ne, einen Verdienstausfall ersetzt. Dabei geht man von dem Gewinn aus, der im Steuerbescheid f\u00fcr das letzte Kalenderjahr festgestellt wurde. Die zust\u00e4ndige Beh\u00f6rde, f\u00fcr einen entsprechenden Antrag, regeln die einzelnen L\u00e4nder. Hier kannst du dich bei deiner \u00f6rtlichem IHK informieren.<br><br><strong>Achtung: Ein entsprechender Antrag muss innerhalb von 3 Monaten, nach T\u00e4tigkeitsunterbechung gestellt werden.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">KSK Beitr\u00e4ge senken<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Mitglied der KSK kannst du eine Mitteilung zur \u00c4nderung des voraussichtlichen Arbeitseinkommens einreichen, um deine Beitr\u00e4ge an das geringe Einkommen anzupassen. Sie sollen Zusch\u00fcsse von 2500 Euro f\u00fcr Ein-Mann-Betriebe bis zu 25 000 Euro f\u00fcr Unternehmen mit 51 bis 250 Mitarbeitern erhalten, teilten die zust\u00e4ndigen Senatoren am Donnerstag in Hamburg mit.
